Domestic Returns (Japan)

If you made an online purchase within 30 days from ship date, and have unworn merchandise or unused clubs with all original tags attached, send order number and reason for returning at info@montlakegolf.com. Note, all clearance, archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns 

Please include the original packing note. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund, no exchanges (minus shipping costs). Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit.If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. 

 

International Returns (*Pre-owned items)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on pre-owned golf clubs. 

While we do our best to describe each golf club in detail and provide close-up photos where necessary, it’s possible that our photos do not capture all the damages in detail. We hope you understand that this is pre-owned gear, loved by a golfer before you. We hope you will be the next owner of the club and add some stories to it.

Exceptions

We made a mistake in your shipping information.

We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.

International Shipments 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Montlake Golf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
