Number 9 tee shot:  The first par 5 you'll face on Montlake.  It measures as a fairly short par 5, but plays much longer.  The fairway doglegs slightly right.  There is water left and short right, but the fairway meanders beside number 10's fairway-- the only time this happens on Montlake.
Number 9 green:  The green is two-tiered, but receptive.  Your main concern on your approach is to land on the correct tier, or you'll have a nail-biter first putt.
